Dear 2018 GCBME participants,
On behalf of the organizer, Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU), I would like to welcome you for attending Global Conference on Biomedical Engineering (GCBME) from November 30 to December 2 of 2018 at CYCU, Taoyuan, Taiwan. The conference is to promote international exchange research in biomedical engineering and to enhance the international influence of Taiwan’s biomedical engineering. It provides a platform for all experts from academia, industries, hospitals and research institutes to discuss the latest hot researches and achievements. Attendees will hear world-class speakers discussing the challenges and opportunities facing the medical devices and applied medical research.
2018 GCBME is the third GCBME, originated from the first GCBME held in National Cheng Kung University of Taiwan in 2014. It is expected that more than 1000 participants. Additionally, 2018 GCBME is held in conjunction with Annual Meeting of Taiwanese Society of Biomedical Engineering (TSBME) and CYCU-Tokyo Denkie University Biomedical Forum. The technical program includes invited speakers’ lectures, oral and poster presentations and special sessions.
We have prepared a nice meeting place for facilitating high quality speeches and exhibition. We do hope you enjoy the academic presentations, fine food of Gala dinner and post-conference tour, organized by the department of Biomedical Engineering of CYCU.
