Poster preparation and set-up
- The size of the poster should be no larger than 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). Please note that all posters must be in portrait orientation.
- Poster presenters should mount their posters before the inaugural session on July 9, 2018.
- Please mount your poster on pre-numbered display boards according to your assigned poster number (Poster List). Basic set-up tools will be provided.
Poster presentation
- Posters will be displayed on the 4th floor of the Humanities and Social Science Building for the whole duration of the conference.
- There will be one poster session: 18:00-21:00, July 10, 2018
Poster competition
- Certificates and prizes will be awarded to three best poster presenters.
- Winners will be announced after session 9 on July 12, 2018.
Poster removal
- Posters should be removed by 13:00 pm on July 13, 2018. Any posters left will be discarded after that.
