Registration Fee

NOTE:

1. Participants from IFMBE member countries are eligible for TSBME member rates.
2. Registration fee must be paid in full by November 9, 2018 (Friday) to be eligible for inclusion into the conference program and IFMBE proceedings.
3. All attendees in this conference need to register in registration.

4.  Each paper/abstract must have a corresponding author (first and/or presenting author) registered at the appropriate full conference rate in order to be included in the program book and proceeding. Each registration can cover at most two papers/abstracts.

5. *Non-authors registration at reduced rate is for TSBME members and students who have no paper/abstract submission. TSBME members must sign up every day to obtain credit certification of continuing education.

Payment

• Online Payment : Only accept Credit Card Payment (Visa / Master) via On-Line Registration System.

• On-site Registration: Only accept cash in NT dollars.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation must be submitted through the secretariat Ms. Ko ( irenekoethinkpco@gmail.com ) by email no later than November 9, 2018 (Friday)
  
  
• Your registration fee will be deducted 20% for administration process fee.
  
  
• Cancellation request will be accepted via email only and must identify the registrant’s name, number and email before deadline.
