Oral presentations are categorized into keynote (only for the inaugural session), invited and selected talks. The selected talks will be chosen after peer review from the submitted abstracts, and speakers will be informed individually with their slot timings and sessions. To ensure that you and your audiences enjoy the presentations, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Venue of the conference

International Conference Hall, Humanities and Social Sciences building, Academia Sinica

Audio/visual equipment

The conference room is equipped with LCD projector, screen, laptops (PC and Mac), microphones and laser pointers. To avoid any possible hardware compatibility problems with private laptops, it is suggested that speakers use the common laptops equipped in the conference hall. Please bring your presentation in a USB memory stick and copy your presentation file to the common laptop of your choice in the morning of your talk or as soon as possible at any break times prior to the session of your presentation. If you wish to modify your presentation, please report to the IT personnel to update your file before the beginning of your session.
