General instructions

Thank you for your interest in submitting a paper for the GCBME2018. The conference will have two main sessions- oral talks and poster presentations. Please submit a single paper and indicate whether you want to be considered for an oral presentation. The deadlines for paper submission is  August 15th September 3  16,  2018. We will notify you regarding the acceptance of your paper, the form of presentation and the presentation time and date by October 1.

To encourage exchange and discussion of scientific research on biomedical engineering, we welcome submission of abstract for the poster presentation. The deadline for abstract submission is prolonged to October 31, 2018. Each abstract must be registered by at least one author, and each registration can cover at most two submissions.

• Paper must be submitted in English only.
• Paper must be submitted online through the website only.
• Please spell out abbreviations upon first mention in the text.
• Please stick to the template guidelines below and do not change the font size, style and assigned margins.
• It is the responsibility of the author to ensure that the abstract text does not contain any typos or grammatical errors.
